Hey. i know why they dont have offline multiplayer in pc version. its because of piracy. black ops 2 offline multiplayer but xbox and ps3 users still get the local mode, even though that alot of xbox users have a pirated version of black ops 2 on there xbox. take it away from xbox and ps3 if it isnt on pc. it isnt fair. #5.. Do not use on steam! you will get vac banned! make sure you play offline completely or use cracked game!! i do not own or claim to have created any of the mod menus or programs in this video.. Steam offline mode. and just because it didnt work in mw2 its not steams fault. valve's games (valve are the makers of steam) like left 4 dead counter strike and team fortress are all playable on lan in offline mode. we dont know for black ops yet.
